Nishan, a seventh generation native of Arizona grew up in the west valley of Phoenix, hunting every species of winged and hoofed animals in the state. After his undergraduate work, Nishan returned to Arizona cutting his professional teeth in broadcast media. After several years at CBS Broadcasting, Nishan couldn’t shake the desire to serve as a Marine in the post 9/11 world. For the next 5 years, Nishan served as an 1803, Amphibious Assault Officer that included 2 deployments in 6 different countries. Upon leaving active duty, Nishan completed an MBA program and moved his family to Flagstaff to join Stewart in the medical device industry. Several years into their partnership, Stewart and Nishan discovered a mutual desire to create a unique brand that married their love for the outdoors, firearms, and service to the veteran community. Nishan continues his service as a Reserve Marine Officer, along with his duties as CEO of Gunfighter. If you miss Nishan at the airport, you can find him inside the range, sharing his passion for shooting machine guns or chasing elk in the mountains of Northern Arizona.

Vice President of Market Development/Co-Founder/Partner

Stewart is a Flagstaff native and graduate of Northern Arizona University. If there’s a mammal, fowl or fish that resides in northern Arizona, Stewart has hunted or fished for it. His passion for the outdoors of the southwest is a contagious virus, which can only be cured with miles of pursuit in a 4x4 or becoming lost in a slot canyon. Professionally, Stewart is an accomplished medical device distributor, specializing in neuro and spine implants. Stewart and Nishan co-founded Gunfighter Canyon in Page, AZ in 2015 and the rest is history. If you don’t stumble on Stewart 150 miles away from the nearest paved road, you can find him at a Gunfighter location testing a new machine gun or scoping out potential cities for the next Gunfighter.

Vice President of Sales/Partner

Mike spent his formative years chasing whitetail deer in the woods of Wisconsin and Minnesota. A true sales professional, Mike has led sales teams in several industries to include broadcast media and commercial real estate. Mike became a partner in early 2016 and currently serves as the head of sales. Mike has a special affinity for all things that fly or go-bang. If you catch Mike at a Gunfighter location, be sure to ask him about his favorite sub-machine gun or the next plane he's drooling over to fly.

Chief Legal Counsel/Partner

Ben grew up hunting small game in the west valley of Phoenix and truly enjoys all things outdoors. After law school, Ben made a name for himself as a highly effective litigator and skilled negotiator. Ben joined Gunfighter as a partner in early 2016 and currently serves as Gunfighter’s Chief Legal Counsel. You can catch Ben at a Gunfighter location testing out a new hunting rifle or shotgun. He loves chatting with fellow Gunfighter’s about their upcoming hunting trips, so if you see him say “hello”.

Vice President of Operations/Partner

Brandon spent his formative years in the great state of New Jersey listening to hardcore music and banging away on drums. He traded his drum sticks in for a rifle and joined the United States Marine Corps as an 1142 Electrical Engineering Equipment Systems Technician. After 4 years of service, Brandon earned an B.S. and M.S. in Information Cyber Security and worked in cyber and tech operations in both the private and public sectors. You’ll find Brandon just outside the range at any of the Gunfighter locations, showing off his latest gold-colored bang-stick. Please encourage him to go into the range and actually shoot his guns… ..

Hailing from the mountains of Utah, CJ Cowan is a United States Marine Corps Veteran and Afghanistan Veteran. You can find CJ at our Flagstaff, AZ location ready to help you scout the nearest Big Game.

Page Store Manager

Ashton is a Page, Arizona local who joined the United States Marine Corps as a 0847 Field Artilery Sensor Support Marine. Ashton is also a certified Divemaster with dives all over the world.

Williams Store Manager

Born and raised in Indianapolis, Reid moved to the Mountains of Northern Arizona to escape the city life. Shortly after, Reid joined the Army as an 11B Infantryman. You can find Reid at our Williams, AZ location helping fellow veterans transition into civilian life.
